Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
:
Exams consist of midterms, final and makeup exams. In addition to these, quizzes, home works and projects that are determined by the faculty in the syllabus can also be involved in the evaluation criteria. The contribution of these activities to the number and grade of achievement is indicated in the course plan by the instructor. The exams can be written, oral, written, oral or practical. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Success grade is converted to letter grade with relative evaluation. The success grade is calculated by taking the percentages of the midterm and the other activities determined by the instructor so that it does not fall below 50% of the contribution of the final exam. Letter grade limits are determined by the instructor. The student must receive at least CC letter grade in a course to be successful.
