Candidates who will apply to the Master of Public Administration Program, 1. Having a bachelor's degree, 2. Academic Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) is equal to at least 55 points in weight, 3. Taking equivalent points from any of the foreign language exams (YDS) score of at least 40 or foreign language exams approved by the Council of Universities; Students who can not fulfill these conditions must take at least 40 points from the central foreign language examination administered by the University, 4. Success grade must be at least 65. The success grade is 50% of the ALES score, 30% of the undergraduate achievement grade and 20% of the interview grade. Students who have completed at least one semester, have not received disciplinary action, and have succeeded in the course of another institution of the Institute or in a postgraduate program of another higher education institution may be admitted to the postgraduate programs by horizontal transfer. The Master of Public Administration program requires a minimum of 120 ECTS credits including a minimum of nine courses (the number indicated in the training plan in which the student is attached), a seminar course in the second term and a thesis study, which are not less than 60 ECTS credits of an academic year. The duration of the program is four semesters, regardless of whether or not they are enrolled for each semester, beginning with the term of the course, with a maximum completion duration of six semesters. Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Examinations consist of midterm, final and makeup exams. Other than midterm exams, quizzes, projects and other activities that the instructor deems appropriate can be done.
