History : Manisa Celal Bayar University Public Relations and Publicity Program within the Kula Vocational High School began to accept students in the education-academic year 2018-2019.

Specific Admission Requirements : To have a high school and balanced school diploma and to get enough points from the relevant department of Higher Education Entrance Examination made by Center for Measurement, Selection and Placement (ÖSYM)
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) : Students enrolled in the program can be exempted from the courses they have achieved in the higher education institutions they have already studied. The exemption exam is opened at the beginning of each academic year for the foreign language course and the proposals of the related boards and the courses that are suitable for the senate. Students who score 65 or more on the exemption exam are exempted from these courses.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations : To successfully complete the program, they can graduate on condition that they pass all the courses available in the program (120 ECTS credits), obtain a weighted average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00 and complete compulsory internships.
Profile of The Programme : Architectural Restoration Program includes courses for architecture. Education includes architectural history, drawing methods, architectural project preparation and implementation projects. The aim of this program is to train technicians who can work with architects and engineers.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples : Graduates of the Architectural Restoration Program receive the title of technician. Graduates of this program are employed in both public and private sectors.
Access to Further Studies : "Architectural Restoration" associate degree program offered by Student Selection and Placement Center Vertical Jump Test with success if they are successful graduates; Architecture, Interior Architecture, can make the transition.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading : There is at least one midterm exam for each course. Students are assessed whether they are successful in the courses they take or not in two stages, one midterm and one final exam. Other than midterm exams, quizzes, projects and other activities that the instructor deems suitable can be done. The contribution of these activities to the number and grade of achievement is indicated in the course plan by the instructor. When passing grade is determined, midterm exam is 40% and final exam is 60% effective. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. In order for a student to be considered a successful dersten, he must obtain CC as a minimum grade. Students with a GANO score of at least 2.00 (DC) and (DD) are considered to be successful in grades. Students who do not have a failed course, but whose GANO is below 2.00, must first take the courses (DC) and (DD) to get their GANOs above 2.00 in order to graduate.
Graduation Requirements : A student has to pass all the courses (a total of 120 ACTS), obtain at least 2.00 GPA over 4.00, avoid FF or FD for any courses and complete the compulsory internship in order to be able to successfully complete the program.
