Upon successful completion of this programme, the enrolled students will be gaining the following knowledge, skills and competences ;
1- To be able to apply knowledge of math, science, information technologies as well as basic technical issues in solving problems in the field of design and manufacturing of machine parts in individual and team work.
2- To be able to gain enough knowledge of drawing and designing rules of machine parts, to gain the ability to design and analyze a system.
3- To be able to have the knowledge of basic measurement and quality control.
4- To be able to gain enough knowledge of general properties, application areas, and test methods of industrial materials, to gain the ability to choose appropriate material for manufacturing.
5- Tobe able to gain enough knowledge of working principles of CNC, and to gain the ability to manufacture using by CAD/CAM softwares, to gain the ability to use the package CAD / CAM and AutoCAD programs.
6- To be able to gain enough knowledge of manufacturing methods such as machining, chipless, and non-traditional manufacturing methods, and to gain the ability to select the most appropriate method.
7- To be able to manufacture using by machining, and chipless manufacturing, and welding machines.
8- To be able to regulate the work of repair and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems components.
9- To be able to have the information about work safety and rules, environment protection, quality assurance and standards in the field of machinery.
10- To be able to gain enough knowledge of contemporary issues related to the professional area, and to gain the ability professional and ethical responsibility.
11- To be able to understand the importance of lifelong learning and being respectful of their own culture but also open to world cultures and having respect for different beliefs.
12- To be able to communicate effectively, to be able to speak at least one foreign language as basic level.
