She is aware of professional ethical values and responsibilities and she is aware of the social effects and legal consequences of midwifery practices.

Using basic medical sciences and professional knowledge, she provides evidence-based service to women, newborns, families and society with a holistic approach.

She has the ability to communicate effectively in Turkish orally and in writing, she knows at least one foreign language at a level to follow professional knowledge and developments.

While fulfilling their professional responsibilities, she can work effectively individually and as a member of a team.
